How We Work

Seamless Logistics Process

Book Your Shipment

Book shipment online for each unique name/location. You'll receive an email with your BL number—ensure it's marked on your cargo. For assistance, please contact one of our staff.

Cargo Pickup

Select your preferred pickup date in the booking form; we'll confirm the time. For non-major cities, we will arrange courier pickups.

Drop-Off Option

You may also deliver your cargo to our Prestons warehouse or a listed collection point / courier depot.

Cargo Handling

Cargo is stored at Nexus Warehouse (Prestons) and loaded onto a container.

Sea Freight

Container is shipped to Colombo. Sea freight typically takes approx. 5 weeks. Please note, sea freight may experience delays during transit.

Customs Clearance

Once arrived to Colombo, cargo undergoes customs inspection at bonded warehouse.

Self-Clearance/UPB Cargo

If self-clearing or have UPB cargo*, you may collect from the bond warehouse. Alternatively, if you have UPB cargo and cannot attend to custom clearance, one of our staff can clear cargo on your behalf with your passport and letter of authorisation.
