3.1 Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nexuscorp.com.au within 7 days of the issue.
  • Include the following information:
    o Order ID
    o Reason for the refund request
    o Supporting documentation, if applicable

3.2 Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a complete refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Administrative Fees

Administrative fees may apply in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of a shipment prior to dispatch: Up to 10% of the total payment.
  • Reprocessing fees for incorrect details provided by the customer.
